Junior Operations Accountant
Khan Market, Delhi | 1–3 yrs exp | Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage virtual office clients: send proposals, collect documents/payments, prepare agreements/NOCs, handle renewals/closures, maintain records.

• Handle basic accounts using Tally Prime (min 1 yr exp): expense tracking, invoicing, budgeting, vendor bills, ledger reports/reconciliations.

• Coordinate vendors for office supplies/raw materials, deliveries, internet/camera fixes, ensure smooth supply flow.

• Conduct site checks (photos/issues), procure materials, submit bills to accounts.

• HR support: new joiner docs (ID/biometrics/bank), attendance tracking, payslips.

• Admin tasks: emails/calendars/follow-ups, Excel data entry, operational reports, filing.

• Assist family office with GST checks, basic agreements, documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year hands-on Tally Prime experience (mandatory).

• 1–3 years in office ops/admin/accounts (coworking/real estate preferred).

• Basic accounts knowledge, MS Excel/GSheets, Gmail proficiency.

• Fluent English + Hindi communication.

• Organized, proactive, Delhi NCR local (site visits required).

• Freshers need not apply.

• Male preferred.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
