Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to assist with day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain invoices and vouchers.
Handle basic bank and account reconciliations.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Assist in preparing basic reports and statements.
Support senior accountants with monthly and yearly closing activities.
Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
Perform other basic accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Basic Requirements:
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Busy is preferred.
Good numerical and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
