Junior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. As a junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial decision-making across our operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate accounting operations

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

• Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal audits

• Implement and maintain internal financial controls

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

• Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Adaptability to different financial practices and regulations

Experience:

• Minimum 1 years of progressive accounting experience

• Experience in managing accounting functions for multi-location operations

• Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent professional qualification

• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
