Junior Accountant

Job Title: Billing Executive

Location: Todapur, New Delhi (Nearest Metro: Naraina & Rajender Place)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (On-site Role)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years in a Similar Profile

Qualification:

• Graduate in B.Com (Mandatory)

• M.Com will be considered as an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing operations using Tally and Busy Software

• Prepare and generate E-way bills and E-invoices

• Handle booking of porter and courier services for dispatches

• Maintain accurate accounting and billing records

• Ensure timely preparation of invoices and statements

• Support the accounts team in daily operations and reconciliations

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and Busy Accounting Software

• Hands-on experience in courier/porter booking

• Familiarity with GST, E-way bill, and E-invoicing processes

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
