Job Description

GlocalView Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team. If you have a strong foundation in accounting, hands-on experience with GST and Tally, and a passion for accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
Hands-on experience with GST, Tally ERP/Tally Prime, and billing processes
Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel
Experience in the Construction, EPC, or Infrastructure industry will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally ERP/Tally Prime
Perform GST reconciliation and ensure timely statutory compliance
Prepare and process customer billing and invoices
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts to ensure accuracy
Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain ledger records
Prepare MIS reports and maintain financial records and documentation
Support the finance team with routine accounting and reporting activities
