Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle purchase and sales entries, and support the finance team using Tally software.

Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions in Tally.
Manage purchase and sales entries accurately.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and maintain accounting records.
Assist with bank reconciliation, GST-related entries, and expense tracking.
Support monthly financial reporting and documentation.

Skills

Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Experience in purchase and sales entry.
Basic knowledge of GST, accounting, and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting.
1–3 years of experience as a Junior Accountant .
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
