Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Santacruz(West) Mumbai
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of general accounting procedures and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies

• Process accounts payable/receivable and handle invoice generation

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities

• Maintain and update Excel-based financial models and reports

• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements

• Support in preparation of tax returns and filings as needed
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in general accounting

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally) is an advantage

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
