Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Reporting: Recording daily transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and assisting with financial reports (balance sheets/income statements).

Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing invoices, expense forms, and vendor/customer payments.

Reconciliation: Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements.

Compliance & Audits: Assisting with tax preparation, audits, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.

Support: Assisting senior accountants with month-end/year-end closing and budget preparation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
