Key Responsibilities:• Filing and maintaining accounting and financial records• Preparing and issuing cheques as instructed• Visiting banks for deposits, withdrawals, and document submission• Assisting with data entry in accounting software or Excel• Maintaining vouchers, invoices, and receipts• Supporting senior accountants with routine accounting tasks• Ensuring proper record-keeping and organization of documentsRequirements:• Basic knowledge of accounting principles• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic accounting software (preferred)• Good organizational and time-management skills• Ability to handle confidential financial information• Willingness to handle field work such as bank visitsQualification:• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)Experience:• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounting or office administration
