- Freshers with practical accounting knowledge may apply.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- GST Knowledge – Compulsory
- Billing & Invoice Preparation – Compulsory
- GST Invoice Verification – Compulsory
- Billing Documentation & Record Maintenance – Compulsory
- Knowledge of Sales & Purchase Entries.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime / Accounting Software.
- Basic MS Excel Knowledge.
- Knowledge of Payment and Receipt Entries.
- Proper handling of bills, vouchers and financial documents.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle daily billing and GST-related documentation.
- Verify bills, invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain accounting records and ledgers.
- Assist in GST data preparation and reconciliation.
- Maintain payment, receipt and expense records.
- Support senior accountants in daily accounting operations.
