Junior Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of experience to support accounting operations, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The role offers strong learning opportunities in financial reporting, taxation, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.

• Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Process vendor payments, reimbursements, and customer invoicing.

• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.

• Work with senior accountants on process improvements and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or finance.

• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/retail preferred.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Ind AS/GAAP, taxation, and compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or similar accounting software.

• Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills.

• Good communication, accuracy, and time-management abilities.
