Job Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Record loan disbursements, repayments, interest accruals, and foreclosures.
Reconcile bank statements, cash, and loan accounts regularly.
Maintain general ledger, journals, and vouchers.
NBFC-Specific Activities
Accounting of loans, advances, EMIs, NPAs, and provisioning as per RBI norms.
Interest income recognition and overdue interest tracking.
Support the preparation of MIS reports related to the loan portfolio.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements as per IND-AS (if applicable)
Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Assist in GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation.
Support TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.
Assist with RBI reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, agreements, and vouchers.
Support budgeting and expense monitoring activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance
1 year of experience in Accounts
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems
Good knowledge of accounting standards
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and RBI guidelines
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
