Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and ledgers.

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.

• Manage TDS, GST filings, and other statutory compliance.

• Assist in tax computations and returns.

• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.

• Maintain accurate documentation and support audit processes.

• Generate and analyze reports using MS Excel.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally accounting software.

• Good working knowledge of TDS, Taxation, and GST regulations.

• Strong command of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, pivot tables, etc.).

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
