Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / Equivalent

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts and accounting entries

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Handle purchase, sales, and expense vouchers

• Assist in bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

• Support GST-related work (data preparation, returns assistance)

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records

• Process invoices and follow up for payments

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

• Coordinate with internal departments and auditors when required

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting software

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS (preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

• Good numerical and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
