We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant in our finance team with daily bookkeeping and tax compliance tasks. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Zoho Books and possess strong Computer Knowledge, specifically within MS Excel and Word, to manage financial data efficiently.
Core Responsibilities & Skills
Bookkeeping & Software: Maintain accurate financial records and perform day-to-day data entry using Zoho Books.
GST & Compliance: Demonstrate a foundational knowledge of GST to assist in preparing returns and maintaining tax documentation.
Numerical Accuracy: Apply good mathematics skills to perform reconciliations and verify the accuracy of invoices and expenses.
Communication: Utilize strong English literacy to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and vendors and CA.
Documentation: Prepare and organize financial reports and correspondence using MS Word and Excel.
Office Technology: Leverage general computer proficiency to manage digital files and streamline accounting workflows.
