Job Description

We are looking Junior Accountant in Mumbai (Thane West) location.
Qualification : B.Com / M/Com

Key Responsibilities :-

i. Tally data entry including sales, purchase, e-way bill preparation, receipts, payments,

ii. Preparation on of Bank reconciliation statement and debtors/creditors statements.

iii. Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.

iv. Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.

v. Maintaining accounting records and handling statutory audits.

vi. Thorough with statutory compliance of TDS, TCS and GST

vii. Filing of GST and TDS Returns on monthly basis

viii. Preparation of Monthly MIS (Provisional P&L and B/S) of the Company for the Founders

Skills Required :-

i. Pro-active and well-organized with eye for details

ii. Good written and verbal communication.

iii. Ability to work independently as well as in a team

iv. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word)

v. Experience in using Tally Prime 4.0 is highly preferred
