Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, online payments, and recording transactions related to material purchases and sales. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ledgers using accounting software.

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

• Handle online payments, UPI, NEFT/RTGS transactions, and maintain proper documentation.

• Record and process purchase entries for raw materials and goods.

• Record sales entries, including GST compliance and invoice tracking.

• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically.

• Assist in preparation of financial reports and support audits.

• Maintain organized records of all accounting documents and entries.

• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for transactional clarity.

• Ad hoc reports and tasks

• Physical filing and maintenance.

• Communicating via email and call with stakeholders including but not limited to banks

• Preparing documentation needed for outward remittances.

• Booking and filling of expenses.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field and minimum 70%

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, similar accounting tools.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic GST/taxation principles.

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
