Team Member-IT Finance-SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO Head Key Responsibilities Drive risk-based onboarding of vendors, ensuring completion of due diligence, risk scorecards, and mandatory approvals Evaluate materiality & criticality of vendors and align approvals as per risk classification Ensure no vendor engagement without ORM/IRM approval and compliance to outsourcing framework Monitor ongoing vendor risk through periodic/annual due diligence and performance reviews Oversee contract & SLA governance to mitigate operational and compliance risks Manage change requests, renewals, and scope changes with updated risk assessments Govern vendor offboarding , including risk containment (access revocation, data security, etc.) Support audit, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews
