About the role

As a Inventory Accounts Executive at Saksham Signs, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, reconciling stock movements, supporting cost accounting activities, and coordinating with production, stores, and procurement teams. The role ensures timely and precise tracking of inventory transactions in compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Location – Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh.

Core responsibilities –

Inventory Accounting & Management – Maintain daily inventory records including receipts, issues, returns, adjustments, and transfers, Reconcile physical stock with system stock and investigate variances, Monitor raw materials, WIP ( Work in Process) , and finished goods inventory on a regular basis, Ensure timely posting of GRNs, delivery notes, and production reports in the ERP system.

 

Cost & Financial Accounting -Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to inventory, Prepare inventory valuation reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards, Work with finance teams to ensure accurate posting of inventory-related expenses.

 

Coordination & Documentation –Coordinate with production, stores, procurement, and logistics departments for smooth inventory flow, Maintain documentation for audits, including stock reports, consumption records, and transaction logs, Support internal and external audits by providing required inventory and accounting data.

 

System & Process Improvement –Work with ERP systems -Tally to ensure real-time inventory updates, Identify gaps in inventory processes and suggest improvements, Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and compliance standards.

 

 

Must have skills –

Qualification - Graduation - Commerce, Accounting and related field.

 

Experience Require- 2–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, or related industries.

 

Technical Skills- Reconcile physical stock with system stock and investigate variances, Hands-on experience with ERP systems -Tally, Proficiency in MS Excel , Advance Excel, Dashboard, Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills, Knowledge of GST and other statutory compliances related to inventory.

 

Excellent Communication Skills – Good English communication and coordination abilities.
