We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Manager to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Business Analyst Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Banking, specializing in Lending and Credit. The role will involve working across the end-to-end lending and credit lifecycle, translating business objectives and requirements into scalable business and technology solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Credit/Risk teams, Operations, Technology and other delivery teams to drive process transformation, digitization and implementation of lending solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyse and define end-to-end lending and credit processes, covering Lead/Origination, Application, Credit Assessment, Underwriting, Approval, Documentation, Disbursement, Servicing, Collections and Closure. Lead As-Is / To-Be process analysis, identify process gaps, pain points, inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and digital transformation. Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs and collaborative working sessions. Develop BRDs, FRDs, business rules, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and functional specifications. Collaborate with Technology and Architecture teams to translate business requirements into solution designs, APIs, system interfaces and integration requirements. Work with Product Owners and Agile teams to prioritise the product backlog, define features/epics, refine user stories and support sprint planning and delivery. Support UAT planning, test scenario definition, defect analysis, business validation and implementation readiness. Identify opportunities to improve straight-through processing (STP), reduce manual intervention, improve turnaround times and enhance customer experience. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Release Planning. Support development teams during sprint execution by providing functional clarification, requirement walkthroughs and timely resolution of business queries. Contribute to UAT planning and execution, including preparation/review of UAT scenarios, test cases and expected outcomes, coordination with business users, defect triage and validation of fixes. Support business readiness, implementation and release activities, ensuring that requirements and acceptance criteria are appropriately addressed before production deployment. Provide Post-Production / Production Support, analysing business issues, conducting impact and root-cause analysis, coordinating with technology teams and supporting resolution of production defects and incidents.
