About the role Reckitt is seeking a proactive and strategic Industrial Trainee to join our dynamic finance team. If you are passionate about internal audit, testing and evaluating internal controls, and identifying risks and process gaps, this role could be your next career milestone. Your responsibilities Assisting in internal audits of finance, sales, procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes. Assisting in testing and evaluating internal controls to identify risks and process gaps. Supporting audit planning, report preparation. Reviewing transactions for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Tracking audit observations and monitoring closure of action items. Performing data analysis to identify exceptions, anomalies, or control weaknesses. Coordinating with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams during audits. The experience we're looking for Semi-qualified chartered accountant. Articleship experience with audit, controls. The skills for success Audit, risk assessment, internal controls, accounting knowledge, Excel/data analysis, attention to detail, and stakeholder management.
