Index Setup Specialist Let’s be #BrilliantTogether ISS STOXX is looking for an Index Setup Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. Overview: ISS STOXX is growing! We seek an Index Setup Specialist to join the Index Product Architecture Team. Once the index methodology has been finalized by the R&D teams the Index Product Architecture Team takes over and makes sure the index will be setup correctly into production. As Index Setup Specialist you will take over the index methodology which has been defined by the R&D teams and set up the index in the relevant systems. This might be possible using existing systems/processes or might need enhancements based on existing operational and technical capabilities. You will be involved in the whole life cycle of an index. In this role you will gain a deep understanding of the index setup process, including data sources, methodologies, and quality control. The Index Setup Specialist will operate and maintain existing processes, ensuring timely and accurate index creation. You will continuously seek opportunities for improvement and automation. You will engage with R&D and Operations teams to understand their requirements for new product features and operational requirements which you will translate into actionable tasks or functional requirements for Engineering teams. What you bring to ISS STOXX: - Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance, IT or similar qualification - Interest in capital markets, asset management and related industries - At least 1 year professional experience in finance industry. - Attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines - Passion for communication with people with different backgrounds (business, operations, IT) - Highly self-motivated, self-directed - Analytical skills and passion to work with data - Pragmatical/target-oriented mindset - Commitment to learning through immediate responsibility - Languages: English - Travel: Nice to have - Preferable having worked with IT teams. - Exposure to capital markets, asset management and related industries #MIDSENIOR #MIN #LI-AC1 What You Can Expect from Us At ISS STOXX, our people are our driving force.
