We are currently seeking a FS Advisory Consultant to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Role Summary We are seeking an experienced professional with strong Financial Crime and Business Analysis expertise to support the delivery of regulatory and transformation initiatives across Financial Services. The role requires a solid understanding of Financial Crime domains, particularly Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, and AML, combined with strong business analysis capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define requirements, assess business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the delivery of effective business and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives. Lead requirements gathering activities through workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions. Analyse and document current-state business processes and define target-state processes. Conduct gap analysis to identify process, control, and technology improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure business requirements are understood and implemented effectively. Support the design and implementation of Financial Crime solutions, processes, and operating models. Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support testing activities, including business validation and user acceptance testing. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by bringing industry knowledge and leading practices. Skills & Experience Financial Crime Strong understanding of Financial Crime processes and controls within Financial Services. Experience across one or more of the following areas: Transaction Monitoring Sanctions Screening Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Know Your Customer (KYC) Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Fraud Risk Management Experience supporting Financial Crime transformation, remediation, or technology implementation programmes. Business Analysis Proven experience in business analysis and requirements management. Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills. Experience creating and managing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Demonstrated experience performing gap analysis and process mapping. Ability to facilitate workshops and drive requirements discussions across multiple stakeholder groups. Experience supporting solution design, testing, and implementation activities. Delivery & Stakeholder Management Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Strong understanding of Agile ways of working, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery. Ability to manage senior stakeholders and work effectively across business and technology teams. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline. Relevant industry certifications such as ACAMS, ICA, CBAP, Agile, or Scrum are advantageous. Preferred Experience 8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Financial Crime, Business Analysis, or Consulting. Experience delivering regulatory, risk, compliance, or transformation programmes. Experience working with Financial Crime platforms and solutions used for Screening and Transaction Monitoring. Strong appreciation of Financial Services regulatory requirements and control environments.
