Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements

• GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, including return filing

• Bank, vendor, and customer reconciliation

• Handling audit work, MIS reporting, and financial analysis

• Mentoring juniors/trainees and assisting with AI/automation tools in daily accounting processes

• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or finance

• Strong knowledge of Tally, accounting software, and Excel

• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance

• Exposure to audit, reconciliations, and MIS reporting

• Familiarity with AI or automation tools in accounting is a plus

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a team environment
