Financial Accountant

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure accurate recording of manufacturing transactions including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and intercompany balances.

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.).

• Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.

• Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audits.

• ssist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

• Monitor actual performance against budget and analyze variances.

• Support cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives

• Oversee vendor payments and customer receivables.

• Ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and follow-up for collections.

• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
