Role summary The Finance System Coordinator is responsible for entering data into E1 and Aravo systems and maintaining databases up to date, setting up financial structures for new clients to allow creating purchase orders (POs), managing payment process to suppliers, Month End Close reporting and other financial activities. What this job involves Entering sensitive data into the system (JDE & Aravo) Maintaining customer data in the system (JDE & Aravo) Supporting system setting for new clients Preparing Monthly and Adhoc reports from E1 and in ReportsNow tool Acting as a point of contact for Facility Managers in order to resolve daily system based issues Close cooperation with VDM Team and Client Finance Teams Taking part in automatization projects Supporting Query resolution Requirements Previous working experience with JDE Familiarity with JDE E1 financial Basic accounting and finance system and process knowledge Very good English verbal and written skills Should be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables daily with changing priorities and deadlines Must have exceptional standards for quality, high accuracy, and a strong attention to detail - and the ability to track details and monitor changes Proactive in finding solution and presenting “can do” approach Must be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders Previous working experience in the real estate or BPO industry will be much appreciated Location: On-site –Gurugram, HR Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Job Tags: JBS If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
