About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Finance Operations & Consulting professional who will support key financial processes, drive operational excellence, and provide analytical insights to business stakeholders. The role requires strong financial knowledge, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations: AP/AR, billing, reconciliation, cash flow support

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, variance analysis, MIS presentations for management

• Monitor compliance with internal policies and financial controls

• Support budget planning, forecasting, business case analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency

• Conduct financial data analysis and provide recommendations for decision-making

• Assist in process audits, risk/control checks, and documentation

• Work on cost optimization and performance improvement consulting projects

• Support implementation of new finance systems/tools (ERP/Automation/BI)

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles & MIS

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred)

• Exposure to SAP / Oracle / Tally / ERP systems

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

• Good communication & stakeholder management

Qualifications

• B.Com / BBA (Finance) or related discipline

• 0–3 years of experience in Finance Operations / Business Consulting / FP&A / Analyst roles

• Freshers with strong financial knowledge and internships may apply
