Finance Manager About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager In this role, you will: Manage and develop a team of financial analysts on diverse business groups regarding low to moderately complex matters related to financial data forecasting of financial metrics, analysis and reporting supporting operating and strategic reviews Ensure efficient and effective execution of financial analysis and reporting strategy based on financial research and economic research, that meets brand standards and internal control standards Make recommendations for efficient and effective process in support of providing key financial analysis and reporting services such as management reporting, various forecasting and variance analysis Identify and recommend opportunities to management on the production of information, budgeting analysis, forecasting analysis, variance analysis, variance commentary, reporting and reviews, and presentation and project preparation Make decisions and resolve issues on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting Lead implementation of complex projects relating to financial planning, analysis, and reporting that impact one or more lines of business Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers to implement key risk initiatives to ensure compliance and manage risk Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Finance Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years of Leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics (CA / MBA / CFA preferred) 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance roles Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, accounting, and reporting frameworks Proven experience in managing geographically distributed teams Experience in Consumer Banking, Lending, or Retail Financial Services Job Expectations: Lead end-to-end planning processes including annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range outlooks Coordinate planning activities across business-aligned finance partners to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment to strategic objectives Translate complex financial and business data into concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations for senior leadership Drive finance transformation across CBL, including adoption of AI tools, process automation, and simplification of reporting and analytics Build strong relationships with senior leaders across CBL Finance and i nfluence strategic decisions through objective analysis and fact-based recommendations Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear accountability and ownership Ensure strong governance, controls, and adherence to accounting and regulatory standards Posting End Date: 9 Aug 2026 •Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
