Role Objective

We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving financial discipline across multiple branches with accuracy and control.

Key Responsibilities (KRA-Based)

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations

• Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, and Income Tax with zero penalties or delays

• Supervise billing, invoicing, and collections tracking to maintain healthy cash flow

• Prepare and review daily/weekly MIS reports and monthly financial statements

• Monitor and optimize cash flow, receivables, and payables

• Control and analyze branch-level expenses to improve overall profitability

• Coordinate with the sales team for accurate revenue tracking and reconciliation

• Ensure audit readiness, proper documentation, and internal controls

• Implement and standardize financial processes and policies across all branches

• Lead and guide the accounts team for efficient performance and reporting

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 5–10 years in Finance & Accounts (minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role)

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred
