Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional with strong expertise in Zoho finance applications and Indian statutory compliances. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance, driving process automation, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations using Zoho Books, including GST, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory filings
Handle month-end and year-end closing, balance sheet finalization, and preparation of MIS reports
Oversee payroll processing using Zoho Payroll and expense management via Zoho Expense
Ensure compliance with Indian taxation laws including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax
Coordinate and liaise with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Manage banking operations, fund flow, loan servicing, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow statements to support business planning
Drive finance process automation and workflow optimization using Zoho tools and analytics
Utilize Zoho Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting
Manage vendor payments, client billing, and internal stakeholder coordination
Lead, guide, and mentor junior finance team members
Ensure high standards of accuracy, documentation, and internal controls
Key Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Analytics
In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliances
Proven experience in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and cash-flow management
Strong expertise in banking operations, reconciliations, and fund management
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis
Experience in finance process improvement and automation
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including vendors, clients, and internal teams
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and coordination skills
