• Handle cashless claims and documentation

• Coordinate between patients and the finance/billingdepartment

• Maintain financial counselling records

Patient Care Counsellor

• Guide patients through procedures and services

• Act as a liaison between patient and clinical team

• Provide emotional support and clarify patient doubts

Ensure patient satisfaction and a smooth hospital experience
