Urgent Requirement of Accounts Executive

Job Title: Finance Executive
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP & Prime with accuracy.

• Maintain accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.

• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.

• Manage invoice generation and follow-up on payments.

• Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, bills, and other records.

• Assist in statutory compliance and support audit processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting.

• Strong knowledge of Tally / Excel / Accounting software.

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic financial regulations.

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
