Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
✅ Analyze financial data and generate insights for decision-making
✅ Handle data reconciliation and ensure accuracy of records
✅ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
✅ Develop dashboards and reports using advanced Excel
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting.

💼 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience: 0.6 to 2 years in MIS / Finance / Reporting roles
🔹 Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory)
🔹 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
🔹 Basic understanding of financial statements and reporting
🔹 Good analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
