Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of financial systems within the context of the automobile industry.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with accounting standards.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Monitor and track key financial metrics such as costs, revenue, and profitability.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment between financial and operational goals.
Provide input on cost management strategies and ensure that financial targets are met.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
Reconcile accounts and follow up on overdue payments from customers or vendors.
Assist in managing cash flow and ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
Compliance and Financial Controls:
Coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documents and information.
Support the internal control processes to minimize financial risks.
General Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the finance team, such as filing, data entry, and preparing financial documents.
Maintain financial databases and ensure that financial records are organized and up-to-date.
Handle correspondence with vendors, customers, and other internal teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and industry-specific financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Cloud & Tally is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
