📌 Position: ACCOUNTANT 

🏢 Industry: Construction Company

✅ Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field
  
  

• Professional certification like CA FINALIS (I/II GROUPS WILL BE PREFERRED./ CMA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred
  
  

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing accounts exports and work contracts. preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector
  
  

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, budgeting, project finance, fund flow, MIS reporting, and compliance
  
  

💼 Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting:
   
   

   • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
     
     

   • Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs for construction projects
     
     

2. Cash Flow & Fund Management:
   
   

   • Maintain optimum cash flow
     
     

   • Handle fund allocation across different projects
     
     

3. Project Costing & Control:
   
   

   • Ensure cost-effective operations of ongoing projects
     
     

   • Approve vendor payments and monitor project-wise expenses
     
     

4. Taxation & Compliance:
   
   

   • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
     
     

   • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and statutory bodies
     
     

5. Banking & Finance:
   
   

   • Coordinate with banks for loans, overdrafts, and BGs
     
     

   • Prepare documentation for project financing
     
     

6. MIS & Reporting:
   
   

   • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports
     
     

   • Present financial insights to management
     
     

7. Team Leadership:
   
   

   • Guide and supervise accounts and finance staff
     
     

   • Improve internal financial processes and controls
