Job Purpose:
To assist in financial operations by preparing reports, supporting daily finance activities, coordinating with banks, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is integral to ensuring smooth finance-related communications and timely data sharing with stakeholders.
Key Accountability:
Creates and analyses financial monthly or annual reports for senior managers.
Prepares the company's financial report and monitors accounting records.
Looks After Banking Operation which involves going to banks for Finance related matters.
Support role in Finance Department.
Day to Day communication.
Liaise with internal / external stakeholders.
Assisting in ongoing financial activities
Periodic sharing of data .
Require Skill and Competency:
Good written & verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of MS-Office
Basic understanding of financial statements
Graduate / Postgraduate with 2-3 years’ experience
