POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger reconciliation.

2. Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

3. Handle bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and financial documentation.

4. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, ensuring timely filings.

5. Prepare MIS reports and support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping.

3. Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

CORE COMPETENCIES

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
