Finance Executive

A Finance Associate plays a critical role in supporting the financial operations of an organization. Their responsibilities generally involve ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial processes, with a strong focus on managing cash flow and maintaining healthy financial relationships through effective Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) processes and Invoices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•       Responsible for smooth functioning of day-day Finance Operations for Ad Platform.

•       Preparing day to day Invoices, CN's & Receipts.

•       Responsible for month close activities pertaining to invoicing for Ad Platform.

•       Provide daily/ weekly updates / flash to management on the progress in order books, sales, collections.

•       Proficiency in Excel, PPT is a must.

•       Responsible for Invoicing and payment processing

•       Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and communication

•       Skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

•       Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements:

•       Candidates must have accounts payable expertise of min 6 months to one year

•       Experience in Tally Prime is a must.

•       Experience in Invoicing and payment processing is a must.

•       Expertise in MS Office including Excel (Pivots, Lookup, Conditional Functions, etc.)

•       Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•       Detail-oriented and organized in work; ability to meet assigned deadlines.

•       High-energy with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.

•       Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity.
