Accounts Finance Executive

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and numerically proficient Insurance Surveyor Assistant to support our survey and assessment operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analysing financial information, preparing professional reports, and managing office operations efficiently. The selected candidate will play an important role as the backbone of the office, ensuring that documentation, communication, and reporting processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in financial analysis and review of figures, estimates, and related information.

Prepare and assist with drafting professional reports and documentation.

Manage and organise office files, records, and documents efficiently.

Handle professional email correspondence and conversations with clients and other stakeholders.

Work extensively with MS Excel for data entry, calculations, analysis, and maintaining records.

Review numbers and figures carefully to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Insurance Surveyor and the office team.

Key Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong aptitude for numbers, figures, and financial analysis.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Ability to draft clear, accurate, and professional reports.

Strong organisational and file-management skills.

Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.

Ability to communicate professionally through emails and other official correspondence.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take responsibility.
