Job Description

A finance executive manages daily financial operations, financial reporting, and budget tracking. Key duties include maintaining books of accounts, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring regulatory compliance. [1]

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations: Maintain accurate general ledgers, process vendor invoices, and manage client billings.
Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor expenses, track budget utilization, and support cash flow planning.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls.
Audits: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews. [1, 2, 3]

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant corporate finance or accounting experience.
Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency and working knowledge of ERP or accounting software (such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Tally).
Core Competencies: Strong numerical aptitude, high attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills.
