Finance Executive

We are looking for an Finance Executive to join our team at . The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Description: Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager – Accounts

  Key Responsibilities:

  ·      Record and maintain daily financial transactions (invoices, payments, receipts, expenses).

  ·      Prepare and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

  ·      Support treasury functions, cash flow management, and fund planning.

  ·      Handle accounts payable and receivable.

  ·      Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  ·      Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

  ·      Support in cashflow forecasting and variance analysis.

  ·      Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.

  ·      Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.

  ·      Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations.

  ·      Experience in handling reconciliations and statutory filings.

  ·      Track and manage all inward remittances received in foreign currency.

  ·      Liaise with banks to obtain FIRCs and related documentation.

  ·      Verify inward remittance details with invoices, agreements, and supporting documents.

  ·      Maintain a tracker for all FIRC applications, receipts, and pending cases.

  ·      Reconcile FIRC details with accounting entries and client payments.

  Preferred Candidate Profile:

  ·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.com or CA inter).

  ·      Proven work experience in accounting or finance (3–5 years depending on seniority).

  ·      Hands-on experience with online banking portals and ERP systems.

  ·      Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

  ·      Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books or ERP systems) and MS Excel.

  ·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  ·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  ·      Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
