Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Accounts & Finance team in day-to-day operational activities.

• Record all receipts and payments accurately in Tally.

• Maintain and organize purchase bills and track their corresponding payment status.

• Monitor, validate, and record all credit card transactions.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Book routine expenses and pass journal entries in Tally.

• Generate and update weekly financial reports for internal review.

• Prepare and maintain an aging-wise Creditors Report to monitor outstanding payables.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of corporate experience preferred.

Skills:

• Graduate or Post graduate.

• 2-4 years’ experience in a

• Similar role.

• Proficiency in Tally and

• Accounting principles
