Job Title: Finance Executive(Fresher)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all financial processes in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare reports.
Create and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Generate and raise invoices promptly
Calculate income tax and ensure compliance with slab rates.
Prepare and file GST & TDS returns on time.
Monitor and implement financial policies and procedures
Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision making
Mandatory Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Tally software.
Strong accounting and analytical skills.
Understanding of income tax calculations and slab rates.
