Job Description:

We are seeking an freshers and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven and customer-focused individual, responsible for selling our products. You will be working in the field and dealing with customers directly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify new potential customers

• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations

• Negotiate with clients and close deals

• Develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction

• Prepare and submit sales reports

Requirements:

• Proven track record in field sales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Knowledge of market trends and sales strategies

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
