Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Process invoices, expense claims, and payments
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Support payroll processing and salary disbursement
Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration
MBA in Finance (preferred)
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, Excel, etc.)
Understanding of Indian accounting standards and taxation basics
