Accounts Finance Executive

We are looking for an Finance Executive to join our team at at Emerge Glass India Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Description – Executive Finance Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management
 Post and record all incoming receipts for Container Glass Units (including export collections) on a daily basis.
 Record and reconcile all incoming payment entries related to Sheet Glass business on a daily basis.
 Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely accounting of receipts.

Credit & Debit Note Management
 Verify and post customer credit notes and debit notes as and when required.
 Process credit notes related to breakage claims, special discounts, shortages, and other approved adjustments.
 Ensure timely communication and sharing of credit notes with customers.
 Maintain monthly records and documentation of all credit notes.

Debtor Management
 Prepare and circulate daily debtor outstanding reports for the Sheet Glass business.  Coordinate with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) regarding customer outstanding balances and collection follow-ups.
 Maintain customer-wise and ASM-wise receivable records. Customer Balance Confirmation
 Obtain balance confirmations from customers as per quarterly and annual schedules.

 Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and customers.

Banking Operations

 Deposit customer cheques on a daily basis.

 Maintain records of cheque deposits and banking transactions.

 Coordinate with banks for transaction-related matters when required.

Documentation & Reporting

 Maintain ASM-wise customer RD folders and related finance documentation.

 Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of customer accounts, credit notes, and supporting documents.

 Generate periodic MIS reports and finance-related statements as required. General Finance Support

 Assist in various finance and accounting activities as assigned by management.

 Support audits, reconciliations, compliance requirements, and special projects.

 Perform miscellaneous finance-related tasks as per business requirements.

Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualification

 Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.

 MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage. Experience

 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Banking, or Export Accounting.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
