Manager - Finance and Accounts - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - JM 1. Business Accounting & Revenue Recognition • Execute accounting for lending portfolios across retail and corporate businesses • Ensure accurate revenue recognition, exempt income tracking, and technical write-offs • Support product-level accounting across systems (FinnOne, Bancs, Credence, LAMS, etc.) 2. ECL, EIR & Asset Quality Support • Support Expected Credit Loss ( ECL) monthly provisioning workings • Assist in Effective Interest Rate ( EIR) computation and amortization • Validate NPA classification, provisioning, and off-balance sheet exposures 3. System Reconciliation & Data Integrity • Perform reconciliations across LMS (FinnOne/Bancs), SAP (ECC6/R3), and Hyperion • Ensure accuracy in trial balance uploads and financial data flows • Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems 4. Financial Reporting & MIS • Prepare financial schedules for reporting packs for consolidation • Support submission of financial data for group reporting (Tata Sons FFC packs) • Assist in standalone and consolidated financial reporting 5. Regulatory Reporting (RBI / NHB) • Prepare data and workings for regulatory submissions • Improve automation and validation controls in regulatory reporting • Ensure compliance with RBI / NHB reporting requirements 6. Audit and Compliance Support • Facilitate statutory, internal, RBI, and IFC audits
