We are looking for an Finance Manager to join our team Uniqcart Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• Analyze variances, cost trends, and provide insights to improve profitability.

• Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Statutory Compliance & Internal Controls

• Ensure timely statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc.).

• Comply with all Marriott, local, and corporate financial policies.

• Monitor internal controls and implement corrective actions when needed.

• Coordinate with auditors and ensure clean audit reports.

Revenue Assurance & Cost Control

• Monitor daily revenue postings and reconcile with PMS.

• Support front office, F&B, and banquet revenue controls.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities across departments.

Accounts Payable/Receivable & Cash Flow

• Oversee vendor payments, ageing analysis, and credit control.

• Ensure timely guest billing and collections.

• Manage cash flows, banking operations, and fund allocations.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
