We are looking for a Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Analyze variances, cost trends, and provide insights to improve profitability.
Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Statutory Compliance & Internal Controls
Ensure timely statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc.).
Comply with all Marriott, local, and corporate financial policies.
Monitor internal controls and implement corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure clean audit reports.
Revenue Assurance & Cost Control
Monitor daily revenue postings and reconcile with PMS.
Support front office, F&B, and banquet revenue controls.
Identify cost-saving opportunities across departments.
Accounts Payable/Receivable & Cash Flow
Oversee vendor payments, ageing analysis, and credit control.
Ensure timely guest billing and collections.
Manage cash flows, banking operations, and fund allocations.
