We are looking for a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• Analyze variances, cost trends, and provide insights to improve profitability.

• Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Statutory Compliance & Internal Controls

• Ensure timely statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, etc.).

• Comply with all Marriott, local, and corporate financial policies.

• Monitor internal controls and implement corrective actions when needed.

• Coordinate with auditors and ensure clean audit reports.

Revenue Assurance & Cost Control

• Monitor daily revenue postings and reconcile with PMS.

• Support front office, F&B, and banquet revenue controls.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities across departments.

Accounts Payable/Receivable & Cash Flow

• Oversee vendor payments, ageing analysis, and credit control.

• Ensure timely guest billing and collections.

• Manage cash flows, banking operations, and fund allocations.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
